How to Order

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order from Kinderpods by providing a number of options, just choose the best one for you. We know that busy parents are always short of time so the simplest & easiest way to order is online. We care about your online safety and security and you can be sure that our systems are secure. We use a number of well known security systems to ensure your data is not compromised. We will not sell or give your personal data to any other organisation (except where required by law).

Ordering online from Kinderpods is easy, just click on the “add to basket” button, and then when you have finished shopping, just go to the checkout and complete the payment and delivery details there. You will get an on-screen confirmation of your order and an email confirmation will also be sent.

Ordering by email - just send us an email to orders@kinderpods.com with details of the item you would like to order and also a contact number where we can reach you and a preferred time. We will then call you at your preferred time to take your order. For security reasons, please do not include your credit card details in the email – we will take all of your payment and delivery details over the phone.

Ordering by post – just send us details of the items you would like to order (it is essential to include the item number as well as the size and colour if appropriate) to Kinderpods Limited, Unit 102, 113 High Street, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 8JN

Remember to include a cheque payable to Kinderpods Limited for the full amount including any p&p charges, your delivery address, billing address (if different) and a contact telephone number. Please be aware that we will be unable to dispatch your order until the payment is cleared.
