- How long will delivery take?
We normally try to despatch all orders as soon as payment has cleared and certainly aim to have all orders despatched within 2 working days of receipt. We will not take payment for items that are out of stock and will advise you by email if there is a delay in shipping. Some larger items are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take a day or two longer - if there is a delay we will let you know.

- What are the post and packing charges?
We normally try to despatch all orders as soon as payment has cleared and certainly aim to have all orders despatched within 2 working days of receipt. We will not take payment for items that are out of stock and will advise you by email if there is a delay in shipping. Some larger items are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take a day or two longer - if there is a delay we will let you know.
We like to keep our postage and packing charges as simple and as fair as possible. We calculate UK postage and packing based on the total weight of the order irrespective of the number of items. The P&P cost is calculated at checkout to take into account all of the items you wish to buy.
The P&P cost per order is as follows:
£2.65 for orders weighing less than 100g (eg. a Mum2Mum Bandana Bib)
£2.99 for orders weighing between 101g and 250g (eg. a SwaddleMe)
£3.65 for orders weighing between 251g and 500g (eg. a Potette Plus)
£3.99 for orders weighing between 501g and 750g (eg. a Clevamama Towel)
£4.75 for orders weighing between 751g and 1000g (eg. a Caboodle Active Bag)
£5.95 for orders weighing over 1000g
Remember that at Kinderpods, we calculate UK postage and packing based on the total weight of the order irrespective of the number of items and we guarantee that the maximum P&P will be no more than £5.95 per order. (although please see below for exceptions)
Please note that for deliveries of pushchairs, car seats and similar heavy items to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and all locations outside of the UK, additional delivery charges may be incurred. We will advise you what the additional charges will be by phone and email prior to shipment so that you have the opportunity to decide if you would like to proceed.
We will be running special promotions from time to time which may reduce your postage and packing costs so keep visiting our website to take advantage of these offers. These postage & packing charges apply to UK deliveries only; please see below for deliveries outside of the UK.

- Does Kinderpods deliver internationally?
We are pleased to take orders from purchasers outside of the UK, however, the purchaser is responsible for all import duties, taxes and other such charges which may be levied and are outside our control. The price for delivery to your country is based on the total shipped weight and is calculated at checkout.
For very heavy items such as pushchairs, car seats etc, additional carriage charges may be incurred. We will advise you by phone and email of what these charges will be prior to shipment so that you have the opportunity to decide if you wish to proceed.

- I want to send the item as a gift to a different delivery address?
This is no problem, when checking out online please be sure to add the preferred delivery address, however, please remember to complete the billing address section at checkout as well. For orders by other means, post, email etc please remember to provide both the billing address and delivery address.

- What forms of payment does Kinderpods take?
We accept Visa & Mastercard Credit Cards, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit & Solo Card payments online. You can also pay using your Paypal account. Additionally, if you order by post, you can also pay by cheque - cheques are payable to Kinderpods Limited. Please note that your cheque will need to clear before we are able to despatch your goods. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

- How can I be sure my payment details are secure?
The security of your payment details are very important to us, Kinderpods uses advanced software to encrypt your credit/debit card details using SSL - Secure Sockets Layer. The details you enter are encrypted, making it unreadable to anyone but our payment provider partners. - The item I bought is unsuitable, can I return it?
Yes, please contact us by email or phone within 7 working days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and the return address. Unsuitable goods may be returned provided that they are unused, undamaged and with their original packaging. Please repack the item securely, remember to include in your package the Return Authorisation Number and your original delivery note. On receipt of the item by Kinderpods and assuming the item is unused and undamaged, we will make a refund (less the postage & packing charge) to the card originally used for the purchase. When you return an item to us, we strongly recommend for your own protection, that you insure the package being returned and obtain proof of postage & delivery as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order. Please phone us as soon as possible on 0203 011 1531 to let us know you wish to cancel and we will try to stop despatch of the goods. If your order has been despatched, you should return the item as unsuitable (please see above).

- The item I bought is faulty or is not what I ordered, how do I return it?
We try to ensure that every item we send out is in perfect condition, however, if an item is faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number and the return address. When you contact us, please let us know what the problem is. Once we have received the item and have inspected it and confirmed it as faulty or wrong item we will either provide a full refund including return postage or an exchange whichever you choose. Please remember that we can only provide a refund to the card used for the original purchase. When you return an item to us, we strongly recommend for your own protection, that you insure the package being returned and obtain proof of postage & delivery as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

- The item I bought has been damaged in transit, what do I do?
Please notify us within 2 working days of delivery so that we can take up the issue with the carrier. You should then follow the procedure for returning faulty goods outlined above. When you return an item to us, we strongly recommend for your own protection, that you insure the package being returned and obtain proof of postage & delivery as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
